The apartment block backs onto Green Park and adjoins the rear of the famous Ritz Hotel, Piccadilly. The building was designed by Michael Rosenauer, a well-know architect who also designed the Time & Life Building in New Bond Street. Situated in Arlington Street, St James's, Arlington House is the ideal base for business or pleasure. The building has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme. Unusually, the building also has its own car park directly underground. There is a taxi rank just outside, or, Green Park tube station is a few minutes walk with the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria line services. The maid services is restricted to general cleaning, making beds and hovering the floor areasand does not normally include personal maid service.
