Recently we had an emergency situation and had to book tickets to Pakistan and wow I was amazed by the outstandingly quick service I received. I was so impressed that I decided to book return flights through them too. Before the date of travel We had an issue with pcr tests in Pakistan and again Pak travel didn't fail to impress... not only were they able to save me from losing my ticket money they actually found me an alternative flight immediately.
Each person i have dealt with has been outstanding and I feel they go over and beyond to ensure full customer satisfaction. In my situation it was Bilal Ahsan who came to the rescue and was very patient as our situation and circumstances changed. I cannot thank him enough.
Previously, Umar & Haroon have also been amazing. I have yet to find any fault with any of their staff members.
I would rate 10/10 and 100% recommend.. and them being open 24/7 is a super plus."

I was due to fly to Pakistan to carry out a charity project and had booked my flights with another provider. A few days before my flight was schedule to fly, it got cancelled. The provider was very unhelpful, so I requested for a refund and was recommended to speak to Pak Travels. The service I received from Saqib (apologies if I have spelt his name wrong) was exceptional. The brother put my mind at ease and was very professional. He kept me informed every step of the way and even when I was in Pakistan called me to remind of what I was required to do for my return flight. I will certainly be using this company again.
